KKR ERP dashboard
An ERP dashboard for a restaurant chain — sales, kitchen, inventory, and finance in one place, built against the leakage of manual paperwork.
The problem
A restaurant run on fragmented manual paperwork leaks money in places nobody sees: kitchen wastage, store inventory that never quite adds up, and staff theft that only shows up months later — if it shows up at all.
Without real-time numbers there is no real P&L. Decisions get made on feel, orders get placed on guesswork, and perishable food gets wasted by over-ordering.
That is what the KKR ERP dashboard was built to replace: one digital system for sales, kitchen, inventory, and finance — with leakage control, wastage reduction, and an automated P&L.
What I did
A full ERP-grade Flutter Web application, with role-based access control — each role sees only what it should.
Inventory management across kitchen and store, with tracking that surfaces wastage and leakage instead of burying it in paper.
P&L statements built in, so the owner sees the real numbers instead of reconstructing them from paperwork.
The result
There are no published numbers for this one yet — no figures on time saved, leakage caught, or wastage cut, and no testimonial on record. What the dashboard gives the owner is the system itself: sales, kitchen, inventory, and finance in one place, an automated P&L, and tracking that makes wastage and leakage visible. Measured results will be added here when the restaurant shares them.
