    FoodMate

Food delivery for Dera Ismail Khan — built because restaurants took home-delivery orders on WhatsApp, and no foodpanda-like platform existed.

    The problem

In Dera Ismail Khan, people already ordered food to their homes — every restaurant took home-delivery orders on its WhatsApp number. The demand was proven.

But there was no food-ordering platform like foodpanda: no menus to browse, no live tracking, no single place to order from. The gap was not demand. It was the platform.

    What I did

I built that platform: a customer app, a rider app, a restaurant web panel, and an admin panel — one system covering the whole order, from menu to doorstep.

Customers browse menus and pay by cash on delivery, wallet, or digital payment. Riders get orders with live tracking, and in-app support chat means a customer is never left guessing where their food is.

Restaurants manage their menus and orders from a web panel, and the admin panel runs the whole operation.
